This website was born out of total frustration at the increasingly bad, terrible, crap, frustrating, Customer Service offered by Virgin Media formerly NTL:Telewest. After being put through 8 months of increasing frustration at the hands of Virgin Media I decided to put my story on to the web and also to offer other Virgin Media customers a place to tell their stories of woe with Virgin Media.

My intention for this website is to bring it to the attention of Virgin Media Management so that they may get a flavour of the level if unhappiness of their customers.
